RESOLUTION NO. 6325
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING THE CONTRACT AWARD FOR THE 2004 STORM SEWER
REHABILlT A liON PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City annually budgets funds to finance the repair and
maintenance of the City's storm sewer system; and
WHEREAS, the City reviews and evaluates the condition of the City's
storm sewer; and
WHEREAS, deficiencies to the system that do not require immediate
attention are placed on a list for future correction; and
WHEREAS, based on the list of projects to be contracted out, Staff has
developed a list four items to be corrected I addressed in 2004; and
WHEREAS, the Surface Water Division of Public Works Department
solicited bids from several companies; and

WHEREAS, a total of two (2) bids have been received; and
WHEREAS, the low bidder was Final Grade, Incorporated with a bid of
$5,800.00; and
WHEREAS, the 2004 adopted budget has $50,000.00 allocated for repair
and rehabilitation of the City's storm sewer and drainage systems in the City's
storm water account (account 245-4415-5150).
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve a contract award to Final Grade, Incorporated in
the estimated amount of $5,800.00 for the Storm Sewer Rehabilitation Project.
Adopted this 9th day of August 2004.
