RESOLUTION NO. 8374 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A RESIDENTIAL KENNEL LICENSE LOCATED AT <br /> 7768 WOODLAWN DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS, Diana and Rachel Rolland have applied for a Residential Kennel <br /> License located at 7768 Woodlawn Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, Diana and Rachel Rolland currently own two dogs, and are <br /> considering rescuing a third dog; and <br /> WHEREAS, the current dogs owned by Diana and Rachel Rolland are licensed <br /> with the City in accordance with the Mounds View City Code, and the property is <br /> currently fenced; and <br /> WHEREAS, the appropriate paperwork and fees have been submitted to the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Ordinance 890, the City sent public hearing <br /> notices to registered landowners or those occupying the land within five hundred feet <br /> (500') radius of 7768 Woodlawn Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Residential Kennel License will be contingent on the third dog <br /> being licensed (dog tag) with the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, this license will expire on June 30, 2015. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br /> does grant a Residential Kennel License to Diana and Rachel Rolland located at 7768 <br /> Woodlawn Drive, contingent on the third dog being licensed with the City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this license will expire <br /> on June 30, 2015. <br /> Ad ted this 9th day of February, 2015. <br /> ,a,.. � ,r <br /> Joe Fla - v, •r <br /> ATTEST: 46ANU✓S C 140- v— <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
