RESOLUTION NO. 6344
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution 6344 Authorizing Insurance Policies for the Year July 2004 through
June 2005
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has made application for insurance policies to
cover the period of July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005 and received proposed policies
from the League of Minnesota Cites Insurance Trust (LMCIT).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds
View authorizes staff to purchase the following insurance policies from the LMCIT for the
period of July 2004 through June 2005 and to make payment of premiums as they become
due:
Comprehensive Municipal Coverage
Open Meeting Law
Liquor Liability Coverage
Worker's Compensation
