RESOLUTION NO. 6356
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA GRANT
AGREEMENT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2004 OAK WILT GRANT
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has been offered a grant contract
with the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Grant Contract with the State is in the amount of $5,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. The 2004 Oak Wilt Grant with the State of Minnesota is hereby
approved.
2. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to execute
said 2004 Oak Wilt Grant.
3. That said approval and authorization to execute is contingent upon the
approval of the City's Legal Counsel to do such.
