CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLICATION OF A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
FOR WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THE COUNTY ROAD 10 REDEVELOPMENT
AND REVITALIZATION PLAN
WHEREAS, on May 10,2004 the City Council approved Resolution 6178
authorizing the preparation of a Request For Proposal (RFP) for work associated
with the County Road 10 Redevelopment and Revitalization Plan; and
WHEREAS, based on Council's direction, Staff has developed a Request
For Proposal (RFP); and
WHEREAS, Staff is recommending that numerous qualified Engineering
Consultant firms be notified of the RFP by publishing it and by directly mailing it
to those firms within the City's pool of consultants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1.
Accepts the Request For Proposal (RFP) for work associated with
the County Road 10 Redevelopment and Revitalization Plan.
2. Authorizes said Request For Proposal (RFP) to be published and
directly mailed to those firms within the City's pool of consultants.
Adopted this 2th day of September 2004.
