<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6363 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ASSIGNING OFFICER DARRELL MEYER TO THE POSITION OF <br />INVESTIGATOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due to a promotion within the Department, the assignment of <br />Investigator became vacant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Chief of Police has assigned Officer Darrell Meyer to the <br />position of investigator with the Mounds View Police Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the 2003 LELS Labor Contract Agreement <br />for this assignment, Officer Darrell Meyer will be compensated at Step 2 <br />($28.20/hr) of the Investigator pay plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve Officer Darrell Meyer's assignment to Investigator <br />at Step 2 of the pay plan for a period of thirty (30) days, effective September 20, <br />2004, in accordance with the LELS Labor Agreement. <br /> <br />ih day of September, 2004. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />l~_Yc ~C) <br /> <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />,. <br />( <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
