RESOLUTION NO. 6363
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ASSIGNING OFFICER DARRELL MEYER TO THE POSITION OF
INVESTIGATOR
WHEREAS, due to a promotion within the Department, the assignment of
Investigator became vacant; and
WHEREAS, The Chief of Police has assigned Officer Darrell Meyer to the
position of investigator with the Mounds View Police Department; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the 2003 LELS Labor Contract Agreement
for this assignment, Officer Darrell Meyer will be compensated at Step 2
($28.20/hr) of the Investigator pay plan.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve Officer Darrell Meyer's assignment to Investigator
at Step 2 of the pay plan for a period of thirty (30) days, effective September 20,
2004, in accordance with the LELS Labor Agreement.
