CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPOINTING GARY MEEHLHAUSE TO FILL A VACATED
SEAT ON THE MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission acts as an advisory
body to the City Council on matters that relate to residential, commercial,
industrial development and redevelopment, zoning and comprehensive planning;
and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on the Planning and Zoning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 401 of the Mounds view Municipal Code authorizes
new members to be appointed by the City Council, and based on the
recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, from the applications
submitted; and
WHEREAS, Gary Meehlhause, 7400 Park View Drive, has applied to fill
the vacant seat on the Planning and Zoning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Gary Meehlhause, 7400
Park Vie Drive, is hereby appointed to serve a term to expire on December 31,
2005.
