RESOLUTION NO. 6368
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPOINTING DARRELL MEYER TO THE POSITION OF INVESTIGATOR
WHEREAS, due to a promotion within the Department, the assignment of
Investigator became vacant. After posting the vacancy only one officer- Darrell
Meyer applied for the position of investigator. His assignment to the position was
approved by the City Council on September 27,2004 as temporary pending
Police Civil Service Commission review; and
WHEREAS, The Mounds View Police Civil Service Commission has now
certified the eligibility list for the position with the one officer who applied (Darrell
Meyer); and
WHEREAS, In accordance with the 2003 LELS Labor Contract Agreement
for this assignment, Officer Darrell Meyer will be compensated at Step 2
($28.20/hr) of the Investigator pay plan.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve Officer Darrell Meyer's appointment to Investigator
at Step 2 of the pay plan, effective September 20, 2004, in accordance with the
LELS Labor Contract Agreement.
