RESOLUTION NO. 6370
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LETTER AGREEMENT
WITH SHORT, ELLIOTT, HENDRICKSON, INC. (SEH) FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CITY HALL REHABILITATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, on October 4, 2004, the City Council, at a Work Session, reviewed
the status of the City Hall Rehabilitation Project, which included a revised project
proposal created by Staff; and
WHEREAS, on September 20, 2004, the engineering firm of SEH submitted a
letter of agreement to proceed with the City Hall Rehabilitation Project by developing
plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of $24,500 for the development of plans and
specifications for the City Hall Rehabilitation Project will be derived from the Special
Project Account (Account No. 280-4180-7050-054).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. The execution of a letter of agreement with SEH in the estimated amount
of $24,500 for the development of plans and specifications for the City Hall
Rehabilitation Project is hereby approved.
2.
The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to execute said
Letter of Agreement.
3.
The estimated cost of $24,500 for this project is to be derived from the
Special Project Account (Account No. 280-4180-7050-054).
