RESOLUTION 6371
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the following below is a regular full-time employee who is currently
working for the City of Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, their supervisors reviewed their performance as it relates to the
responsibilities outlined in their job descriptions; and
WHEREAS, their supervisors determined that the following employees below
have more than satisfactorily performed in the capacity of their position documented in
their performance review on file; and
WHEREAS, step adjustments are consistent with the LELS and AFSCME Labor
Agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve a wage adjustment to the following indicated in the chart below.
