RESOLUTION NO. 6373
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER FROM THE COMMUNITY FUND TO
THE GOLF COURSE FUND TO REIMBURSE THE COSTS OF LAWSUITS
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is appropriate to reimburse the
Bridges Golf Course for legal and soil correction costs associated with defects that
occurred during construction of the course; and
WHEREAS, this reimbursement can best be accomplished by a transfer from the
Community Fund.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes a transfer
in the amount of $265,747 from the Community Fund to the Golf Course Fund.
Adopted this 11 th day of October 2004.
