CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution Approving a Business License
for
Network Liquor Store on 10
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to sell
intoxicating liquor must apply to the City for a license; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing must be held before intoxicating liquor
licenses may be granted; and
WHEREAS, Chue Xiong has applied for an off-sale intoxicating liquor
license at 2345 County Road H2; and
WHEREAS, Chue Xiong has submitted the proper paperwork and fees
and has received the necessary approvals from various City departments and outside
organizations; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved
by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve the transfer of ownership of the off-sale intoxicating liquor
license for Chue Xiong; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing
period shall be from November 8, 2004-June 30, 2005.
