RESOLUTION NO. 6386
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE 2004 - 2005
LABOR AGREEMENT WITH THE PUBLIC WORKS BARGAINING UNIT
WHEREAS, the Public Works Bargaining Unit and the City have been
working on a 2004 - 2005 contract since late 2003; and
WHEREAS, numerous meetings have been held with the bargaining unit
and the membership approved the revised contract provisions at a meeting on
October 20,2004; and
WHEREAS, the contract items are consistent with the City Council's
position established at the October 11, 2004 executive session.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. The 2004 - 2005 Labor Agreement with the Public Works
Bargaining Unit is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to execute
said Labor Agreement.
