RESOLUTION NO. 6399
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING A CONTRACT AWARD FOR WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THE COUNTY ROAD
10 REDEVELOPMENT AND REVITALIZATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, on May 10, 2004 the City Council approved Resolution 6178 authorizing the
preparation of a Request For Proposal (RFP) for work associated with the County Road 10
Redevelopment and Revitalization Plan; and
WHEREAS, based on Council's direction, Staff has developed a Request For Proposal
(RFP); and
WHEREAS, on September 27,2004 the City Council approved Resolution 6357
authorizing the publication of a Request For Proposal (RFP) for Work Associated with the
County Road 10 Redevelopment and Revitalization Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City has received three responses from the Request For Proposal; and
WHEREAS, City Staff and Ramsey County recommend that the City Council award a
contract to the firm of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Incorporated for work
associated with the County Road 10 Redevelopment and Revitalization Project; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of $152,000 for consulting services will be derived from
Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Fund - District NO.1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View,
Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. The award of a contract to the firm of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Incorporated for work associated with the County Road 10 Redevelopment and
Revitalization Project is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to execute said
contract.
3. The estimated cost of $152,000 for consulting services will be derived from Tax
Increment Financing (TIF) Fund - District No. 1 or other non-City sources, if
available.
