CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution 5605 Denying Lake Region Hockey Association's Application to
Conduct Charitable Gambling at Robert's Off 10
WHEREAS, Lake Region Hockey Association submitted an
application to conduct charitable gambling at Robert's Off 10; and
WHEREAS, the owner of Robert's Off 10, Robert Waste, signed
the application indicating that he intended to enter into an agreement with Lake
Region Hockey to conduct charitable gambling at Robert's Off 10; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Waste has made a decision not to enter into an
agreement with Lake Region Hockey; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Waste has submitted a letter to the City indicating
his desire to withdraw the application signed by him and representatives of Lake
Region Hockey.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council denies the application of Lake Region Hockey Association to conduct
charitable gambling at Robert's Off 10.
