A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THERESE KIEFFER TO THE
PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission is a volunteer board of Mounds View residents
charged with studying and recommending to the City Council ways in which to carry out the
Municipal Code and related regulations; and
WHEREAS, there are seven (7) seats on this Commission; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City Code, the City Council is required to appoint
members to the Planning Commission based upon the recommendations of the Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS,the Planning Commission reviewed Therese Kieffer's application and made a
recommendation to the City Council to appoint Ms. Kieffer to this commission to the term seat
expiring on December 31, 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council hereby
appoints Therese Kieffer as Commissioner on the Planning Commission with a term expiration
date of December 31, 2015.
Adopted this 27th day of April, 2015.
