CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION 5639 ADOPTING THE STATE'S
RECORDS RETENTION SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, periodically the City needs to purge files; and
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View wishes to adopt the State's
Records Retention Schedule; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council officially adopts the State of Minnesota Records Retention Schedule.
