AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7, SECTION 7.03, OF THE
CITY CHARTER RELATING TO FEES SUBJECT TO PROVISIONS
OF SECTION 7.03, SUBDIVISIONS 1 AND 2
On May 11, 2009, the Mounds View City Council adopted an ordinance that amends the
City Charter relating to fees and those fees subject to increase limitations and the
referendum requirement.
The amendments clarify language, resolve inconsistencies and specifically excludes the
annual reauthorization of the gas and utility franchise fee as a new few subject a
referendum requirement.
The ordinance is on file and available for public viewing at the office of the Clerk
Administrator. In addition, the ordinance is posted in its entirety on the City's website,
located at www.ci.mounds-view.mn.us
