COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ON-SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR MOE'S LOCATED AT 2400 COUNTY ROAD 10
WHEREAS, Moe's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2015; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Moe's On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor
License for the period of July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, contingent on a satisfactory
criminal background check, full payment of delinquent utility bill, and satisfactory fire
inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Moe's for the period of July 1,
2015 to June 30, 2016, contingent on a satisfactory criminal background check, full
payment of delinquent utility bill, and satisfactory fire inspection.
