RESOLUTION 8412 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFF-SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE <br /> FOR VINO & STOGIES LOCATED AT 2345 COUNTY ROAD H2 <br /> WHEREAS, Vino &Stogies' Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2015; and <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br /> City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Vino & Stogies's Off-Sale Intoxicating <br /> Liquor License for the period of July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, contingent on a satisfactory <br /> criminal background check, and satisfactory fire inspection. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Vino&Stogies for the period of <br /> July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, contingent on a satisfactory criminal background check and <br /> satisfactory fire inspection. <br /> Adopted this 11th day of May, 2015. <br /> ftArt <br /> .e Flahe ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> JCA <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
