RESOLUTION 8413 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFF-SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE <br /> FOR SUPERAMERICA LOCATED AT 2640 COUNTY ROAD I <br /> WHEREAS, SuperAmerica's 3.2 Malt Liquor License expires June 30, 2015; and <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br /> City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of SuperAmerica's Off-Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor <br /> License for the period of July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, contingent on a satisfactory <br /> criminal background check, and satisfactory fire inspection. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve an Off-Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor License for SuperAmerica for the period of July <br /> 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, contingent on a satisfactory criminal background check and <br /> satisfactory fire inspection. <br /> Adopted this 11th day of May, 2015. <br /> a/t? <br /> - Flaherty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
