COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFF-SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR SUPERAMERICA LOCATED AT 2640 COUNTY ROAD I
WHEREAS, SuperAmerica's 3.2 Malt Liquor License expires June 30, 2015; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of SuperAmerica's Off-Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor
License for the period of July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, contingent on a satisfactory
criminal background check, and satisfactory fire inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve an Off-Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor License for SuperAmerica for the period of July
1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, contingent on a satisfactory criminal background check and
satisfactory fire inspection.
Adopted this 11th day of May, 2015.
