RESOLUTION NO. 5668
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPOINTING KATHI OSMONSON AS THE BUILDING OFFICIAL/FIRE
MARSHALL/FIRE FIGHTER
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council created a full-time Building
Official/Fire Marshall/Fire Fighter position; and
WHEREAS, Kathi Osmonson has served the City in these capacities for a
number of years; and
WHEREAS, Kathi Osmonson is qualified for the position and would begin
employment with the City January 2, 2002; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Osmon son would be compensated at step three
($43,782.34) of the following pay range: $38,917.63---$48,647.04; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Osmonson would progress to step four after six months
of employment pending satisfactory performance, and step five after eighteen months (1
% years) of employment pending satisfactory performance. All other personnel policies
will apply per the City's personnel manual.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve Resolution 5668 Appointing Kathi Osmonson as the City's
Building Official/Fire Marshall/Fire Fighter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ms. Osmonson
will begin employment with the City on January 2, 2002 at step three ($43,782.34) of the
applicable pay scale.
