<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5676 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CLOSING CITY HALL FOR <br />NEW YEAR'S EVE (DECEMBER 31, 2001) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 3.10 of the City of Mounds View Personnel Manual <br />states that employees will have "4 hours [off] New Year's Eve Day...in years where New <br />Year's Eve.. .falls on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in 2001 New Year's Eve falls on a Monday and New Year's <br />Day falls on a Tuesday; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff is anticipating few, if any, calls or visits from residents <br />on New Year's Eve; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is anticipated that several employees will request the use <br />of personal time on New Year's Eve. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that City Hall will be closed all <br />day Monday, December 31,2001; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all employees <br />will be given the option of using 4 hours of vacation, flex time, compensatory time or <br />unpaid leave; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that all police <br />personnel will work their regularly scheduled hours. <br /> <br />Adopted this 10th day of December, 2001. <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />Richard Santerre, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~. .)
