CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY'S
2001 PAY EQUITY REPORT
WHEREAS, the Local Governmental Pay Equity Act (M.S. 471.991-
471.999) and Minnesota Rules Chapter 3920 require cities to prepare a pay
equity report every three years; and
WHEREAS, Labor Relations Associates has assisted the City in the
preparation of its pay equity report for December 31, 2001; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the City has met the necessary
requirements and does not need to make any wage adjustments at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council accepts the pay equity report and directs staff to submit it to the
Department of Employee Relations.
