RESOLUTION NO. 8432 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVAL OF THE MASTER SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT FOR MINNESOTA <br /> COURT SERVICES FOR GOVERNMENT AGENCIES <br /> WHEREAS, the police department has used an electronic program to access <br /> Minnesota court records called Odyssey Assistant which will no longer be available next <br /> year; and <br /> WHEREAS, a new program called Minnesota Government Access (MGA) has <br /> been launched to allow government agencies to access records in the Minnesota Court <br /> Information System; and <br /> WHEREAS, MGA is a service that is currently free to government agencies which <br /> requires the approval of a Master Subscriber Agreement that requires authorization from <br /> the agency governing body. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota to authorize the approval of the Master <br /> Subscriber Agreement for Minnesota Court Services for government agencies. <br /> Adopted this 13TH day of July 2015 <br /> / <br /> e Fla - 116W <br /> ATTEST: Asian is w <br /> Jim Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
