CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION ADOPTING REVISED SALARY
SCHEDULE FOR THE
ASSISTANT CLUBHOUSE MANAGER/GOLF INSTRUCTOR
WHEREAS, on June 15, 2001 the Mounds View City Council
discontinued use of a percentage policy to compensate golf instructors for lessons; and
WHEREAS, the Council directed staff to recommend revisions to the
Assistant Clubhouse Manager position description and salary schedule as necessary;
and
WHEREAS, this position is a member of the AFSCME unit and the
following salary ranges have been agreed upon for the periods indicated:
2001: 13.24
2002: 13.79
14.07
14.65
14.90
15,52
15.72
16.39
16.55
17.24
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Assistant Clubhouse
Manager will be compensated at Step 2 of the above-listed pay range for 2001 and
2002; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that because the Assistant
Clubhouse Manager position was eliminated at the May 20, 2002 Special Meeting of the
City Council, the salary schedule listed herein is effective for the period of June 16,
2001-May 19, 2002
