WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate certain types of businesses must apply to the City for business licenses; and WHEREAS, OLSON-HARVEY Convenience Store, Inc. has applied for gasoline and tobacco licenses; and WHEREAS, OLSON-HARVEY Convenience Store, Inc. has submitted the proper paperwork and fees and has received the necessary approvals from various City departments, and WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby approve gasoline and tobacco licenses for OLSON-HARVEY . Convenience Store, Inc.; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing period shall be from June 11, 2002-June 30, 2003.
