RESOLUTION NO. 8434 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A RESIDENTIAL KENNEL LICENSE LOCATED AT <br /> 2280 PINEWOOD DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS, Margarita and Timothy Schaaf have applied for a Residential Kennel <br /> License located at 2280 Pinewood Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, Margarita and Timothy Schaaf owns four (4) dogs; and <br /> WHEREAS, the current dogs owned by the Schaaf's are licensed with the City in <br /> accordance with the Mounds View City Code, and the property is currently fenced; and <br /> WHEREAS, the appropriate paperwork and fees have been submitted to the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Ordinance 890, the City sent public hearing <br /> notices to registered landowners or those occupying the land within five hundred feet <br /> (500') radius of 2280 Pinewood Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, this license will expire on June 30, 2016. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br /> does grant a Residential Kennel License to Margarita and Timothy Schaaf located at <br /> 2280 Pinewood Drive. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this license will expire <br /> on June 30, 2016. <br /> Adopted this 27th day of July, 2015. <br /> •e Flaherty, 14r <br /> ATTEST: c^-^' A <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
