RESOLUTION NO. 8439 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING A ONE-DAY CHARITABLE GAMBLING PREMISES <br /> PERMIT FOR THE SPRING LAKE PARK LIONS TO CONDUCT CHARITABLE <br /> GAMBLING AT THE MOUNDS VIEW COMMUNITY CENTER ON <br /> SEPTEMBER 10, 2015 <br /> WHEREAS, the Spring Lake Park Lions have requested that the City Council allow <br /> them to conduct charitable gambling for one (1) day on September 10, 2015; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Gambling Control Board requires that the local unit of government <br /> pass a resolution specifically approving or denying requests to conduct charitable <br /> gambling; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Spring Lake Park Lions are in compliance with Mounds View <br /> Municipal Code with regard to charitable gambling regulations. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby authorize the Spring Lake Park Lions to conduct charitable gambling on September <br /> 10, 2015 at the Mounds View Community Center. <br /> Adopted this 27th day of July, 2015. <br /> acidet <br /> J.- Flaherty, May, <br /> ATTEST: <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
