RESOLUTION 5788
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A Resolution Approving a Business License for
Keng Young at ABC Liquor
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate
certain types of businesses must apply to the City for business licenses; and
WHEREAS, Keng Young has applied for a license; and
WHEREAS, Keng Young has submitted the proper paperwork and fees
and has received the necessary approvals from various City departments, and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved
by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve a tobacco license for Keng Young,; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing
period shall be from June 11, 2002-June 30, 2003.
Adopted this 10th day of June, 2002.
