CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING THE CONTRACT AWARD FOR THE REPAIR OF THE CITY
OWNED SEWER TELEVISING CAMERA
WHEREAS, the City annually budgets for funds to finance repairs of wastewater
equipment; and
WHEREAS, the Qcues Company has diagnosed the camera and determined
that a seal had failed, causing water damage to internal components; and
WHEREAS, Qcues Company is the only known company capable of servicing
this particular camera and has performed satisfactory maintenance and repairs on this
camera in the past; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost to repair the damage is $2,700; and
WHEREAS, the 2002 adopted budget has $2,000 in funds allocated to repairs of
wastewater equipment. The estimated remaining amount of $700 will be derived from
wastewater operating and equipment budgets (Account No. 730-4826-1600 and 730-
. 4826-1230 respectively);
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve a contract, with the Qcues Company in the estimated amount of $2,700
to repair the City owned Sewer televising camera.
Adopted this 24th day of June 2002.
