RESOLUTION NO. 5791
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING THE CONTRACT AWARD FOR THE STORM SEWER REPAIRS
AT 2940 WOODALE DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City annually budgets funds to finance storm sewer system
repairs that are needed to perform routine maintenance and address any system failures
that may occur; and
WHEREAS, the 2002 adopted budget has $25,000 in funds allocated to minor
storm system repair and rehabilitation (Account No. 245-4415-5150); and
WHEREAS, there is a storm sewer outlet at 2940 Woodale Drive that is in need
of repair; and
WHEREAS, a total of three bids were received; and
WHEREAS, the low bidder was Belair Excavating in the amount of $7,723
including the installation of Mn/DOT Type IV filter fabric;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve a contract, with Belair Excavating in the amount of $7,723.00 to perform
the storm sewer repairs at 2940 Woodale Drive.
