RESOLUTION NO. 5792
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING REIMBURSEMENT OF REGISTERED ENGINEER'S
LICENSE FEE FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR
WHEREAS, job description for the Public Works Director requires that the
person in this position be a registered engineer with the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director's Engineer's license expires June
30, 2002; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has inquired as to whether this is a
reimbursable expense; and
WHEREAS, the City reimburses other positions for similar licenses (e.g.
POST licenses, notaries); and
WHEREAS, this item is not budgeted but would be taken from Public
Works <;Memberships".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Mounds View will
reimburse the Public Works Director, Greg Lee, $120.00 to renew his status as a
registered engineer with the State of Minnesota.
