RESOLUTION NO. 5798
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A Resolution Rescinding Resolution 5784 Approving The Appointment Of
Bruce Madsen To The Planning Commission
WHEREAS, Bruce Madsen, 5463 Adams Street, applied to fill a vacated seat on
the Planning Commission in February 2002; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, on June 10,2002, adopted Resolution 5784
appointing Mr. Madsen to the Planning Commission; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Madsen committed to another Wednesday night activity after
making application to the Planning Commission but prior to his appointment to the
Commission; and,
WHEREAS, according to Resolution 5784, Mr. Madsen is currently a member of
the Planning Commission; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Madsen declined the appointment to the Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution 5784 is hereby
rescinded, thus removing Bruce Madsen, 5463 Adams Street, from the Planning
Commission.
Adopted this 8th day of July, 2002.
