RESOLUTION NO. 5823
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPOINTING DUANE MCCARTY
TO THE POLICE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Eric Miller resigned from the Police Civil Service Commission; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Duane McCarty has expressed an interest in filling Mr. Miller's
term; and
WHERAS, Mr. McCarty's term would be effective August 13, 2002 until
December 31 , 2004 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council do
hereby approve Duane McCarty for appointment to the Police Civil Service Commission.
Adopted this 12th day of August, 2002.
