CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF POLICIES FOR THE JULY 2002
THROUGH JUNE 2003 INSURANCE YEAR
.
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has made application for insurance policies
to cover the period of July 1, 2002 through June 30. 2003 and received proposed polices
from the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT).
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes staff to
purchase the following insurance polices from the LMCIT for the period of July 2002
through June 2003 and to make payment of premiums as they become due:
Comprehensive Municipal Coverage
Worker's Compensation
Open Meeting Law
Liquor Liability Coverage
Minnesota Petrofund Supplemental
Adopted this 26th day of August, 2002.
