RESOLUTION NO. 5831
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution Approving a Retroactive Compensation
Schedule for the City Administrator
WHEREAS, Kathleen Miller is a regular full-time employee who works as
the City Administrator and began employment with the City September 18, 2000; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Miller's work performance has been rated
satisfactory or higher by her supervisors; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Miller has not had a pay increase other than cost of
living adjustments since she began employment with the City almost two years ago.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve the following retroactive compensation schedule for
Kathleen Miller:
Sept. 18, 2000
Jan 2, 2001
Mar 18, 2001
Sept 18, 2001
Jan 1, 2002
Sept 18, 2002
