CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2002 BUDGET OF THE SPECIAL PROJECTS FUND
FOR THE ANOKA COUNTY PAYMENT AUTHORIZED BY RESOLUTION 5834
WHEREAS, the City Charter, Section 7.08 gives the City Council authority to
amend the budget by resolution; and
WHEREAS, on September 9,2002, the City Council passed Resolution 5834
authorizing a final payment of $31,155.17 to Anoka County for a traffic signal.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the 2002 Budget of the Special
Projects Fund be amended to increase appropriations by $31,156.00 for the Joint
Powers Agreement No. 2001-0542 with Anoka County.
Adopted this 23rd day of September 2002.
