RESOLUTION NO. 5843
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A NEW FILE SERVER FOR THE
FINANCE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City Charter, Section 7.08 gives the City Council authority to
amend the budget by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the 2002 budget provides $5,000 for accounting software for the
Finance Department; and
WHEREAS, no additional accounting software is needed; and
WHEREAS, There is a need to replace the file server that supports all of the
accounting software packaged.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Finance Department is
authorized to spend up to $4,000 to purchase a new file server.
Adopted this 23rd day of September 2002.
