CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING THE FINAL LAYOUT OF COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY 10, COUNTY
ROAD H AND I-35W INTERCHANGE LAYOUT
WHEREAS, Ramsey County is proposing to undertake an improvement of the
County State Aid Highway 10, County Road H and I-35W Interchange, and;
WHEREAS, Ramsey County has prepared a layout which addresses the
concerns of the City of Mounds View, and;
WHEREAS, Ramsey County is requesting municipal consent approving the final
layout, and;
WHEREAS, the final layout is on file at the Ramsey County Public Works office,
and;
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council held a Public Hearing on August 24,
2015 on the final layout.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of the City of Mounds
View, Ramsey County, Minnesota that the City of Mounds View approves the final
layout of the County State Aid Highway 10, County Road H and I-35W Interchange.
