RESOLUTION NO. 5848
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMMERCIAL KENNEL LICENSE
FOR SHAM-O-JET KENNEL
WHEREAS, Sham-Q-Jet Kennel has submitted an application to
renew their commercial kennel license; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate paperwork and fees have been
submitted to the City; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has indicated that there are no
incidences on record that would warrant denying the license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does grant a commercial kennel license to Sham-Q-Jet Kennel; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the
license will expire June 30, 2003.
Adopted this 23rd day of September, 2002.
