RESOLUTION 5869
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has been offered a grant contract with the
State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Grant Contract with the State is in the amount of $8,250.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. The 2003 Oak Wilt Grant with the State of Minnesota is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to execute said
2003 Oak Wilt Grant.
3. That said approval and authorization to execute is contingent upon the
approval of the City's Legal Council to do such.
Adopted this 28th day of October, 2002.
