RESOLUTION NO. 5875
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AUTHORIZING A PRELIMINARY SURVEY FOR THE 2003 STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT
WHEREAS, on October 28, 2002 City Council authorized the preparation
of a preliminary engineering report for the 2003 Street Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, on October 28, 2002 City Council approved retaining the
services of the engineering firm of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik, and Associates
(BRAA) to assist in the preparation of the preliminary engineering report and other
aspects of this project, as directed by City Council; and
WHEREAS, BRAA has asked that official authorization be given to start
the survey process and has submitted a letter of authorization.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City
Council does hereby authorize the execution of a letter of authorization for the
preliminary survey needed for the preparation of the preliminary feasibility report for the
2003 Street Improvement Project.
