RESOLUTION NO. 5876
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
COUNTY ROAD H2 STREET PROJECT - CHANGE ORDER NO.2
AUTHORIZING STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS ON COUNTY ROAD H AND FIVE
MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL BID
WHEREAS, there are two general items staff wishes to add as a change order to the
County Road H2 Street Improvement; and
WHEREAS, said items are: storm sewer improvements on County Road H and five
miscellaneous items not included in the original bid; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the storm sewer improvements on County Road H is
$16,300.71 and the funds to finance this will be derived from the Special Project Fund; and
WHEREAS, The estimated cost of the five miscellaneous items not included in the
original bid is $14,732.00 and the funds to finance this will be derived from the special fund account
and the municipal state aid account; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds
View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. That Change Order NO.2 for the County Road H2 Street Improvement Project is hereby
approved.
2. That said Change Order is for construction of storm sewer improvements on County Road
H and five miscellaneous items not included in the original bid.
3. That the 2002 Budget of the Special Projects Fund and the Municipal State Aid Fund be
amended to increase $25,600.71 and $5,432 respectively for Change Order No.2 of the
County Road H2 Street Improvement Project.
Adopted this 12'h day of November 2002.
