RESOLUTION NO. 5878
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution 5878 Approving Severance for Jim Atkinson
WHEREAS, Jim Atkinson has resigned from his position as Planning
Associate effective November 8, 2002; and
WHEREAS, Jim Atkinson is entitled to the following benefits per the City
of Mounds View Personnel Manual, Section 4.350 Separation Compensation:
100% of accrued and unused vacation time-estimated at
24.08 hrs x $19.71/hr=$474.62
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council approves a one-time severance payment in the amount of $474.62 to
Jim Atkinson
Adopted this 12th day of November, 2002.
