RESOLUTION NO. 5886
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION CLOSING THE CITIZEN DONATION FUND
AND THE EMPLOYEE POP FUND
WHEREAS, the City's Annual Financial Report has contained an Agency Fund
section with a Citizen Donation Fund and an Employee Pop Fund; and
WHEREAS, it would be more appropriate to report funds as either part of the
General Fund or other funds.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Citizen Donation Fund shall
be closed as of December 31, 2002 and its remaining balance transferred to the Police
Forfeiture Fund and the Park Dedication Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Employee Pop Fund shall be closed as
of December 31,2002 and its remaining balance transferred to the General Fund.
