RESOLUTION NO. 5888
CITY OF MONDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAGE ADJUSTMENT
FOR DAVID OLSEN
WHEREAS, the City recently conducted an evaluation of all cable
positions which consisted of creating job descriptions and establishing pay
scales.
WHEREAS, David Olsen is a regular full-time employee who began
working for the City of Mounds View on June 16, 1999 as a Cable Operator; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Olsen has not had a step increase or cost of living
increase since August 14, 2000; and
WHEREAS, it is recommended that Mr. Olsen's wages be adjusted to
reflect his performance and tenure.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve a wage adjustment for David Olsen from $12.00
per hour to $12.50 per hour effective August 14, 2002.
