CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION FOR THE ADOPTION OF A REVISED UTILITY RATE
SCHEDULE FOR 2003 FOR THE STORM WATER UTILITY
WHEREAS, in accordance with Ordinance 529, the Mounds View City
Council created a Storm Water Utility for the City to operate, maintain, and
improve upon the surface water drainage system of the City, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 529 states that Storm Water utility fees shall be
collected with the quarterly water and sanitary sewer utility bill, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 529 states that Storm Water utility fees shall be
established for a period of time as set by City Council resolution, and
WHEREAS, a utility rate study for the Storm Water utility has been
reviewed by the City Council and a public hearing held to take public comment
on the proposed rates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mounds View City Council
that the Storm Water utility rates, effective for service on and after January 1,
2003 are:

i R3 medium density residential $30.06/ quarter
